broadcast or radio sources, whether available through any software applications made available for mobile devices. BestOn
Apps is not a broadcaster and its directory service just redirects users to specific content providers in accordance with
their publicly available services. BestOn Apps is an intermediary which connects (via embedded hyperlinks) users to radios
broadcasting over the Internet. BestOn Apps does not own any of the brands it lists. BestOn Apps complies with the
applicable laws and fully respects third party rights. BestOn Apps is not liable for any content that any of the listed
radio stations broadcasts.

BestOn Apps is not a publisher and its directory service just redirects users to specific content providers in accordance

local newspapers, magazines and blogs, over the Internet. BestOn Apps does not own any of the brands it lists. BestOn Apps
complies with the applicable laws and fully respects third party rights. BestOn Apps is not liable for any content that
any of the listed websites.
2. Changes in the Service
BestOn Apps may change, add or remove features and functionalities of its service without notice. BestOn Apps can at its discretion discontinue some or all of the features of the service at any time (including new updates). BestOn Apps shall not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service. If you are dissatisfied with any changes on the service, then your only option is to no longer use BestOn Apps.

4. Using the Service
Our service is provided only for your personal and non-commercial use and you may not transfer BestOn Apps Service to a third party. You agree that you will not resell, sublicense, transfer, rent, lease, or exploit BestOn Apps Service commercially, in a whole or in a part. You agree that you will not use the BestOn Apps Service in any unlawful manner and that you will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to it (by modifying it, adapting it or hacking it). Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express permission is strictly forbidden.
When using the BestOn Apps Service through a mobile device, your wireless service carrier's standard charges, data rates and other fees may apply, and you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all such fees and charges.

By posting Your Content on or through the BestOn Apps Service, you agree to, and by means of this do provide BestOn Apps, a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable and transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, transmit, communicate to the public, make available, broadcast, prepare resulting works based on it.

BestOn Apps may display advertisements for goods and/or services of third parties or other promotional materials through the BestOn Apps Service. Your participation in promotions of any third party advertisers through the BestOn Apps Service is solely between you and such third party and your participation is subject to the terms and conditions associated with that advertisement or promotion. By using the BestOn Apps Service you agree that BestOn Apps is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss of any sort incurred as the result of participation on those promotions.

9. Intellectual Property and licenses
Any software that may be made available by the BestOn Apps Service contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. BestOn Apps Service grants you a personal and non-exclusive right and license to use these software programs only for personal and non-commercial use of the BestOn Apps Service. Any other rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by BestOn Apps.
You shall not use the BestOn Apps Service to perform any action of data mining, scraping or similar data gathering or extraction methods. Any use of the BestOn Apps Service other than as specifically authorized herein is strictly prohibited.
Infringing activity regarding intellectual property will not be tolerated on the BestOn Apps Service. BestOn Apps will remove any material from BestOn Apps Service that we believe, upon notice from an intellectual property owner or its agent, is infringing the intellectual property rights of a third party by being made available through the BestOn Apps Service.
BestOn Apps may also remove all third party content posted by any single user after receiving takedown notices.
10. Procedure for Reporting Claimed Infringement
If you believe that any content listed on the BestOn Apps Service has been used or exploited in a manner that infringes an intellectual property right you own, you should promptly send a “Notification of Claimed Infringement” to BestOn Apps at bestonapps@gmail.com
In order to be effective, remember to include, at least the identification of the specific material that is claimed to be infringing, a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the material that has been allegedly infringed and information that allows BestOn Apps to reply to you, such as telephone number or e-mail.
11. Specific conditions for Apps on Apple devices
The license to use the Applications is formalized between BestOn Apps and the User, without Apple being part of it. BestOn Apps, and not Apple, is solely responsible for the Apps and their content.
The Applications must be used in accordance with the rules of use established in the General Conditions of the App Store (hereinafter, the "Rules of Use").
The User and BestOn Apps acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance in connection with the Apps.
Apple is not responsible for any warranties, express, implied, or statutory, about the Applications. In the event that the Applications do not comply with any applicable warranty, the User may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the Applications, without, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations, Apple having any other warranty or liability to the Regarding and, where appropriate, any claim, losses, damages, costs or expenses derived from this breach of the applicable guarantee will be the responsibility of BestOn Apps, with the limitations established in these Conditions.
The Parties acknowledge that, to the extent applicable and with the limitations established in these Conditions, BestOn Apps and not Apple is responsible for any claim by the User or third parties in relation to the Application or with the possession or use of the Applications by the User. , including, without limitation, claims of liability for defective products, claims for the breach of any regulations by the Applications or claims in accordance with the regulations that protect consumers or the like. The Parties acknowledge that, in the event that any third party claims that the Application and the possession or use of the Applications by the User infringe the intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties, BestOn Apps and not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, agreement and discharge of said claims, in any case with the limitations established in these Conditions.
Apple and its group companies are third party beneficiaries of this license and, upon acceptance of the license by the User, Apple will have the right to enforce the license by the User.
The User guarantees that he is not located in countries under embargo of the United States and is not a person included in the lists of prohibited subjects by the United States Department of the Treasury and that he will not use the Applications for purposes prohibited by United States legislation.
